The Context

Straits Interactive operates across three markets with a broad portfolio of certifications, consultancy packages, and an AI platform. The website is the primary channel for course registrations and lead generation.
My role sits between design, marketing, and light front-end implementation on a live WordPress environment.
The Challenge
The challenge was to translate the feeling of being in a luxury, nature-inspired space into a digital environment. The design needed to feel calm and exclusive, while staying functional and visually clear across devices.

Legacy infrastructure, split platforms, and IT approval bottlenecks meant every improvement had to be shipped within existing constraints rather than built from scratch.

Designed a tiered sponsorship comparison that helped closed sponsors without sales calls.

What I Worked On
Course Pages Built and maintained individual course pages with sticky sidebars, pricing and funding tables, accordion content, and regional registration form integration.
Landing Pages Designed the DPTM consultancy page with a process diagram, video testimonials, lead magnet CTA, and FAQ accordion.
Newsroom Built a press release archive with tabbed regional filtering across Singapore, Philippines, and Malaysia.
Site-wide Search Implemented search pulling from courses, blogs, media, and published pages.
Content Migration Migrated DPEX content into the main domain, resolving legacy URLs, redirects, and slug conflicts.
Marketing Assets Designed EDMs and campaign visuals supporting course launches across three markets.

Outcome
Successfully launched across Singapore and the Philippines, securing partnerships with MyRepublic, Omada, Rackspace, and SMU Academy. The platform became the central hub for registrations, sponsor onboarding, and event communications across both markets.
